हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारा गुरुवार 7 मार्च को पंचकूला से हरियाणा अंत्योदय परिवार परिवहन योजना (Haryana HAPPY Card Yojana) का शुभारंभ गया है। जिसे Haryana HAPPY Card Yojana के नाम से भी जाना जाएगा। इस योजना के माध्यम से अंत्योदय परिवारों को हरियाणा रोडवेज की बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। लाभार्थियों को हरियाणा रोडवेज बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा करने के लिए ई-टिकटिंग प्रणाली से जुड़ा एक स्मार्ट कार्ड जारी किया जाएगा। हरियाणा रोडवेज की बसों में अंत्योदय परिवारों को इस योजना के तहत प्रतिवर्ष 1000 किलोमीटर तक की निशुल्क यात्रा का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस (Haryana HAPPY Card Yojana) योजना के माध्यम से हरियाणा के 22.89 लाख परिवारों को लाभ दिया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत 1 लाख रुपए तक वर्षिक आय वाले परिवारों को हैप्पी कार्ड प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिसकी मदद से पात्र लाभार्थी एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान जा सकेंगे। एक हैप्पी कार्ड के लिए लाभार्थी को ₹50 का शुल्क देना होगा| और बाकी कार्ड की लागत 109 रुपए और कार्ड वार्षिक रख रखाव 79 शुल्क भी सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा| हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा इस योजना के कार्यान्वयन पर लगभग 600 करोड रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे| लाभार्थी को परिवार पहचान पत्र के माध्यम से हैप्पी कार्ड के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा|
